- Allied: Energy & Water Conservation, Cost Reduction, Controlling the R&M; expenses Saving Ideas & Execution, Maintenance Excellence etc, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance expertise. Doing breakdown analysis. RCA and CAPA. Monitoring all records.
- Soft Skills: Knowledge of ERP System, Training & Development the mechanical fitters/ Mech Team, Logical thinking ability etc, preparing daily reports on KPI and actions on controlling the KPI
