Designation: Mechanical Maintenance Technician / Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

- Mechanical Breakdown (BD): Troubleshoot and rectify machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Perform scheduled maintenance, inspection, lubrication, and equipment servicing.
- Gas & Welding Work: Carry out gas cutting, welding, fabrication, and mechanical repair work safely.
- AutoCAD Drawing: Read, prepare, and modify mechanical drawings using AutoCAD.
- System Skills: Update maintenance records, breakdown reports, PM checklists, work orders, and spare-parts details in the maintenance system.

Required Skills: Mechanical troubleshooting, welding, AutoCAD, computer knowledge, safety practices, and maintenance documentation. Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, as applicable.
