Bus Bar Design

- Skilled in designing aluminium and copper bus bars for LT panels, ensuring
- optimal current-carrying capacity, mechanical strength, and thermal
- performance.

- Proficient in calculating bus bar sizes, cross-sectional areas, and weight
- charts for standard ratings.

- Knowledge of shortcircuit withstand capacity and compliance with IEC/IS
- standards.

Panel Fabrication

- Experienced in fabrication of LT panels including PCC, MCC, APFC, and
- distribution boards.

- Hands-on expertise in layout planning, sheet metal work, powder coating, and
- assembly.

- Familiar with integration of switchgear components (ACB, MCCB, MCB,

- contactors, relays, meters).

Technical Skills

- SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and electrical design software for bus bar and panel
- layouts.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical single line diagrams & GA

- (SLDs).

- Knowledge of insulation materials, spacing, and creepage/clearance
- requirements.

- Familiarity with testing procedures: HV test, IR test, temperature rise, and




- routine inspection.

Key Strengths

- Solid analytical ability for bus bar sizing and optimization.

- Expertise in coordinating between design, procurement, and fabrication
- teams.

- Skilled in preparing BOMs, technical documentation, and structured reports.

- Problem-solving approach to site issues such as missing hardware, short
- circuits, or panel fettling.

Industry Experience

- LT panel design and fabrication for industrial, commercial, and utility projects.

- Coordination with clients, suppliers, and inspection teams for smooth
- execution.

- Proven track record in delivering customized panels within project timelines.

Qualification:

- B. TECH/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

- LT panel design and fabrication experience up 8-10 years.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
