We are a glove manufacturing company in search of an experienced and talented Mechanical Engineer for our Palakkad Unit.

· Identify prospect for automation in the company

· Preparation of project report for implementation

· Take approval of project from the management

· Execution of the project as per the project report

· Preparation of instruction manual and work instruction for the process

· Maintenance and house keep of the machine or automated process

· Represent QA for validation activities

. Review and verify calibration records

· Execute all maintenance and repair activities of the company.

· Ensure timely calibration of instruments and process validation activities

· Plan and procure measuring, instruments/equipments and required accuracy

· Annual maintenance of the plant

· Schedule and routine maintenance checks machineries and equipments and the utilities





· Various breakdown analysis

· Implementation of preventive maintenance system

· Coordinate effluent treatment and water management system of the company

· Preparation of all required quality system procedures, work instruction and forms

· Review of quality objectives of control points

· Provide necessary assistance to supervisors at all activities

· Include project and improvement activities as part of cost reduction

Qualification - B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Experience - More than 5 years experience

Salary is negotiable

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
