Primary Skills

- Robust knowledge of motor types (BLDC, PMSM, AC Induction, etc.) and control algorithms (FOC, DTC, etc.).
- Understanding of current and motor position sensor working principles.
- Proficiency in PID tuning for position and speed control.
- Experience in inverter topologies and PWM techniques.
- Experience in customer requirement analysis and control function development.
- Hands-on experience in Matlab/Simulink model development and simulation.

Secondary Skills

- Knowledge of Brake Systems and their integration with motor control.
- Familiarity with the complete V-Model for ECU development projects.
- Exposure to ECU development environment tools such as Vector, Trace32, and any standard debuggers.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
