About the Role

IMS People Possible is looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager – Enterprise Business to lead our marketing initiatives across the US and UK markets.

We are seeking a marketing skilled who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, understands international B2B markets, and can independently drive brand positioning, demand generation, marketing operations, and team performance.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, with a clear focus on generating qualified leads, strengthening market presence, and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

- Own and drive brand strategy, positioning, and communication across the US and UK markets.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital and offline channels.

Demand Generation & Digital Marketing

- Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns targeting staffing and recruitment businesses in the US and UK.
- Drive lead generation through LinkedIn, paid campaigns, email marketing, SEO, and digital platforms.
- Track MQLs, SQLs, campaign ROI, and revenue contribution.

Content Marketing & Events

- Lead the development of blogs, case studies, ebooks, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Develop market-specific content strategies for US and UK audiences.
- Manage end-to-end marketing for industry conferences, webinars, and business events.

CRM & Marketing Operations

- Manage marketing funnels, campaign attribution, and lead lifecycle tracking using Zoho CRM.




- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to strengthen lead qualification and pipeline visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable marketing insights.

Stakeholder & Team Management

- Partner with sales, operations, and leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team covering content, digital, branding, and automation.
- Present marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Candidate Requirements

- 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, including brand management and demand generation.
- Mandatory experience marketing to US and/or UK audiences.
- Strong understanding of international B2B marketing strategies, buyer journeys, and lead generation.
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, workforce solutions, outsourcing, or offshore services will be highly preferred.
- Proven capability to independently manage marketing strategies for the US and UK markets.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and/or HubSpot, campaign automation, and attribution reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing marketing teams.

Important: Working Hours

This position requires working from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST to ensure effective collaboration with our US and UK business stakeholders.
