About iGear iGear is a consumer technology brand offering innovative gadgets, audio products, mobile accessories and smart lifestyle products. We’re looking for a driven Marketing Manager who can build the brand, explore new growth opportunities and drive measurable business impact.

The Role

We need a proactive marketer who can take ownership of brand growth through influencer marketing, D2C initiatives, strategic tie-ups and innovative multi-channel campaigns. You should be a self-starter who brings fresh ideas to the table and turns them into results.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Growth: Develop and execute marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, positioning and reach.

Influencer Marketing: Build creator partnerships and execute influencer campaigns that drive engagement and sales.

D2C Marketing: Drive website traffic, customer acquisition, conversions and repeat purchases.

Strategic Tie-ups: Identify and execute brand collaborations, partnerships and new business opportunities.

Multi-channel Marketing:



Explore new channels across digital, social media, PR, affiliate marketing and offline activations.

Campaign Execution: Plan product launches, promotional campaigns and integrated marketing initiatives.

Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, engagement and sales growth.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, D2C or growth marketing.

Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships and digital campaigns.

Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, performance marketing and brand building.

Experience in consumer electronics, lifestyle or D2C brands is preferred.

A creative, commercially minded and execution-focused professional who can independently drive initiatives.
