Role Description The Marketing Manager role at Altizon Inc. is a full time, on-site position based in Pune City. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that promote Altizon’s Industrial AI solutions and strengthen brand presence across key verticals. Day-to-day tasks include planning and managing digital and offline marketing initiatives, coordinating with sales and product teams to create targeted messaging, and overseeing content creation for web, social media, and events.

The Marketing

Manager will analyze campaign performance, manage marketing budgets,



and refine strategies based on data-driven insights. The role also involves collaborating with external agencies and partners, organizing industry events and webinars, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels.

Qualifications

- Strong marketing strategy and campaign management skills, including experience in B2B or enterprise technology marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to develop and manage content for websites, blogs, case studies, and marketing collateral.
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and performance measurement using analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions.
- Solid project management and organizational skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or AI/analytics domains is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with global teams.
