Key Responsibilities

- Digital Marketing: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Content Creation: Create engaging social media posts, marketing creatives, blogs, and promotional content.
- Social Media Management: Manage content calendars, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and improve social media presence.
- SEO & Website Marketing: Support keyword research, on-page SEO, website content optimisation, and organic traffic growth.
- Lead Generation: Support marketing campaigns and initiatives that generate qualified business leads.
- Employer & Brand Marketing: Help build brand awareness through creative campaigns, company updates, and employee engagement content.
- Market Research: Research industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and marketing opportunities.




- Campaign Analytics: Track campaign performance, analyse engagement metrics, and prepare marketing reports.
- Marketing Collateral: Assist in creating presentations, brochures, email campaigns, and other sales enablement materials.

Required Skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Creativity and an interest in content creation and brand building.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or digital advertising is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
