Role Description The Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that promote Amendss’s services and brand in Gurugram. This internship role includes assisting with market research, collecting and analyzing user and competitor data, and helping to develop basic marketing strategies and campaigns. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and customer-facing teams to contribute to outreach activities, support sales efforts, and help maintain positive relationships with users and partners.





Day-to-day responsibilities may include drafting communication materials, supporting social and offline marketing activities, and providing general administrative assistance to the marketing function. This is an in office internship role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Ability to conduct and interpret Market Research, including gathering insights on users, competitors, and industry trends.
- Interest or foundational experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building trust and understanding user needs.
- Basic knowledge of Marketing Strategy, including campaign planning, positioning, and brand awareness activities.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Gurugram, with openness to learning in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and interest in mental health, relationships, or human behavior are highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with digital tools and social media platforms; prior internship or project experience in marketing is a plus.
