Role Description: The Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the marketing team with day-to-day activities such as assisting in campaign planning, executing social media and digital initiatives, and helping create marketing collateral and presentations.

Responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, gathering customer insights, and contributing to brand awareness and lead-generation efforts. The intern will collaborate with sales and customer service teams to support outreach activities,



participate in events or promotions, and help track and report on marketing performance. This role offers hands-on exposure to sustainable packaging solutions and the opportunity to learn how marketing supports business growth and impact.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including data gathering, analysis of trends, and preparation of insights or reports.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to support outreach, respond to inquiries, and contribute to customer engagement activities.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills, including basic understanding of branding, campaigns, and digital marketing concepts.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with office productivity tools, familiarity with social media platforms, attention to detail, and a demonstrated interest in sustainability or eco-friendly products.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
