Job Summary:

Drive offline marketing initiatives, including ATL and BTL campaigns, to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market analysis and develop offline marketing strategies.
- Generate leads through market visits and meetings with parents and coaching centres.
- Execute ATL activities such as hoardings, banners, print advertisements, and outdoor promotions.
- Execute BTL activities such as pamphlet distribution, ground-level promotions, events, contests, and activations.
- Coordinate branding activities to strengthen brand positioning and drive business growth.
- Increase local market visibility and create positive brand awareness.




- Monitor campaign performance and assess marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in offline marketing, particularly ATL and BTL activities.
- Strong understanding of outdoor advertising, ground promotions, and local market activation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to generate leads and build relationships with parents and coaching centres.
- Solid event management and execution skills.
- Target-oriented approach with good problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for market visits and promotional activities.
