We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly networked Marketing Executive with 3 to 7 years of experience in the architecture, interior design, or building materials industry. The ideal candidate will act as a key bridge between our brand and industry influencers, driving business growth through strategic lead generation, proactive relationship management, and innovative promotional campaigns. Key Responsibilities

- Strategy Development: Formulate and implement targeted marketing plans to promote the company's premium product portfolio and design services.
- Stakeholder Networking: Build, nurture, and sustain deep institutional relationships with premium architects, interior designers, structural engineers, builders, and MEP contractors across the Hyderabad region.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify prospective clients, map commercial and residential projects, and convert cold inquiries into active business opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct structured market research to track emerging design trends, changing customer preferences, and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Cross-Team Coordination:



Work in tandem with the internal sales and design teams to ensure alignment with corporate revenue targets, smooth client onboarding, and enhanced market presence.
- Event & Campaign Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute client-facing promotional activities, product showcases, architect meets, and local corporate marketing campaigns.
- Database & Pipeline Management: Rigorously follow up with prospective clients, log customer interactions, and maintain a highly structured, updated database of active leads.
- Performance Analytics: Prepare concise monthly marketing performance reports, track campaign ROI, and present strategic recommendations to executive management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Any Bachelor's degree (Degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, or Interior Design are a distinct advantage).
- Experience: 3 - 7 years of core B2B or specification marketing experience, strictly within the building materials, interior fit-outs, modular systems, or architecture sectors.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional English and regional language communication skills, with a proven knack for high-stakes negotiation and corporate presentations.
- Relationship Management: Natural networking abilities with a pre-existing roster or strong understanding of the architect and builder community in Hyderabad.
- Core Competencies: High self-motivation, a target-driven mindset, analytical capability to read market trends, and the independence to manage territories efficiently.
- Travel Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a strong willingness to travel locally across the city for on-site client interactions and business development meets
