Qualifications and Skills

Education and experience

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management is an advantage.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in referral, healthcare, fitness or B2B marketing with strong communication skills may be considered.

- Skills and attributes
- Fluent in Malayalam and English; Hindi is an advantage.
- Neat, well-groomed and presentable in line with the Firm's dress code and grooming policy, with a pleasant, warm manner when meeting people.
- Neat, well-groomed and presentable appearance, with a confident and courteous manner when meeting doctors and business owners.
- Strong relationship-building, follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and basic CRM or database use.
- Well organised, target-driven and able to work independently.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred, as regular field visits are required.
- Valuable understanding of Kochi, especially Kakkanad, Edappally, Aluva and Perumbavoor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
