Want to learn how marketing decisions are made — not just how marketing is executed?

At Core Ideas Consulting, you will work on the thinking behind marketing: understanding businesses, identifying growth opportunities, shaping strategies, building plans and helping guide the agencies that bring those plans to life.

You will research markets and brands, support client discussions, help create strategy presentations, identify current business opportunities and coordinate follow-ups. You will see how a strong idea moves from a business problem to a clear marketing plan.

This role is for someone who wants to grow beyond posting content or running routine campaigns, and learn how brands make smarter marketing decisions.

What we are looking for

- Graduate or postgraduate candidate with 0–2 years of experience.
- Genuine interest in marketing, brands and business.
- Strong communication, research and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with PowerPoint, Google Slides or similar tools.
- Curious, proactive and ready to learn quickly.

Compensation: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, based on fit and capability.
