Business Development Intern – Royal Tech Innovations

Location: Mohali, Punjab | Work Mode: On-site | Duration: 3–6 Months

About the Role:

Royal Tech Innovations is looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support business growth, identify potential clients, generate leads, and promote the company’s IT services and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research target markets, industries, competitors, and potential clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, online research, email, and calls.
- Reach out to prospective clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Assist in client acquisition, sales activities, and business development strategies.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and service descriptions.
- Maintain lead databases, client records, and follow-up schedules.
- Track outreach activities and prepare basic performance reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and support customer relationship management.

Required Skills:

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales,



marketing, and business development.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM tools, or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.

Eligibility: Final-year students, fresh graduates, and candidates from Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or related fields can apply. Previous experience is not mandatory.
