2. Company Description SMARRTIF AI is an AI-focused EdTech startup that empowers students, working professionals, and organisations through AI training, data analytics, and customised AI solutions. We help businesses improve productivity through AI-driven automation, corporate training, and practical technology solutions.

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing and Social Media Intern to support our marketing initiatives, strengthen our digital presence, and contribute to brand awareness and business growth.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Content Creation: Create engaging posts, captions, creatives, reels, stories, and other promotional content.
- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's services, training programmes, and AI solutions.
- Content Planning: Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
- Brand Promotion: Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, audience engagement, and online reach.
- Market Research: Research industry trends, competitors, audience preferences, and relevant marketing opportunities.
- Lead Generation Support:



Assist in marketing initiatives that generate potential leads for corporate training and AI solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor social media engagement, reach, impressions, and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the HR, sales, and technical teams to support promotional activities, webinars, events, and other company initiatives.
- Additional Responsibilities: Support other marketing and branding activities assigned by the reporting manager.

4. Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- A portfolio of social media posts, designs, reels, or previous projects will be an advantage.

5. Skills Required

- Social Media Management: Understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Content Writing: Ability to write engaging captions, promotional copy, and audience-focused content.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to develop fresh content ideas and marketing concepts.
- Design Skills:



Basic knowledge of Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Communication Skills: Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Research Skills: Ability to identify trends, analyse competitors, and understand target audiences.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Preferred: Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing analytics, video editing, and paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads and Youtube. 6. Hiring Rounds

Round 1: Resume Screening

Review of the candidate's educational background, relevant experience, skills, and portfolio, if available.

Round 2: HR Telephonic Interview

Assessment of communication skills, interest in marketing, creativity, learning attitude, availability, and suitability for the internship.

Round 3: Final Interview Round

Evaluation of the candidate's practical understanding through an assessment test and role-related questions covering social media management, marketing strategies, company knowledge, industry trends, and target audience understanding.

The hiring process may be adjusted based on the candidate's profile and assessment performance.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
