About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in planning and executing digital campaigns, developing engaging content, and strengthening our brand presence.

This role offers hands-on exposure to digital marketing, social media management, creative development, email marketing, market research, and corporate outreach in a mission-driven healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media





- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Assist in developing social media calendars, captions, campaign themes, and content ideas.
- Support digital campaigns to improve brand visibility, audience engagement, and reach.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports on key metrics.

Campaigns & Creative Development

- Design social media creatives, banners, presentations, and campaign collaterals using Canva or similar tools.
- Support campaign planning and execution across Jivika’s healthcare divisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and corporate partners for content approvals and promotional activities.
- Develop impact-driven content that highlights healthcare initiatives and community stories.

Email Marketing & Communication

- Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Draft email content, subject lines, and calls to action.
- Support campaign scheduling, contact database management, and performance tracking.

Market Research & Corporate Coordination

- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Prepare company profiles, stakeholder research notes, and corporate outreach lists.
- Support lead generation,



partner communication, and follow-up coordination.
- Assist with marketing presentations and promotional materials.

Who Can Apply?

- Candidates pursuing or having recently completed a BBA, MBA, PGDM, or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Health, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience.
- Individuals with an interest in digital marketing, content creation, social media, and campaign execution.
- Candidates with working knowledge of Canva, MS Office, PowerPoint, or social media management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinkers who are organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
- An interest in healthcare, community development, or social impact is an advantage.
