We are looking for a confident, energetic and sales-oriented person to manage our jewellery stall. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and be capable of attracting passersby and converting them into buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively approach and engage female customers and passersby.
- Confidently explain and sell anti-tarnish jewellery, rings, chains, bracelets, earrings and kadas.
- Demonstrate products, suggest suitable designs and encourage customers to make a purchase.
- Upsell products and promote ongoing offers to increase sales.
- Maintain an attractive product display and keep the stall clean and organised.
- Handle cash, UPI payments and daily sales records accurately.
- Manage stock, pricing and customer queries.
- Stay energetic, polite and focused on sales throughout the shift.

Required Skills & Qualities




- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confident approaching and talking to female customers respectfully.
- Comfortable standing and selling at a busy roadside location.
- No hesitation or embarrassment about working at a roadside stall.
- Friendly personality with a strong sales mindset.
- Honest, punctual, hardworking and target-oriented.
- Previous experience in retail sales, street sales, cosmetics, clothing or jewellery is preferred.

Working Hours Evening shift: 6 PM – 11 PM.

Salary

Fixed salary based on experience, with performance-based incentives for valuable sales.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
