Role Description The Manager – Treasury is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing the organization’s liquidity, cash management, and funding activities. The role includes managing daily cash flow, monitoring bank balances, and ensuring timely settlements of payments and receipts. The manager will develop and implement treasury policies, support financing strategies for renewable energy projects, and optimize the use of credit facilities and banking products.

Additional responsibilities include managing relationships with banks and financial institutions, preparing treasury reports and forecasts, supporting risk management activities related to interest rates and foreign exchange (if applicable), and collaborating with finance and project teams to align treasury operations with business needs.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of corporate treasury operations, including cash flow management, liquidity planning, and bank account administration.
- Experience in funding strategies, debt management, and working with banks or financial institutions to secure and manage credit facilities.




- Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
- Understanding of risk management principles, including management of interest rate and currency exposure relevant to project finance.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with treasury or ERP systems; comfort working with financial models and large datasets.
- Coordinate with rating agencies on annual surveillance, recent ratings and information requests
- Handle opening, amendment and management of LCs and BGs across projects and vendors
- Track and close conditions precedent (CP) and conditions subsequent (CS) to enable timely loan disbursements
- Ensure treasury compliance, including covenant monitoring, lender reporting, FEMA/RBI requirements and security documentation
- CA or MBA (Finance) with 6–10 years in treasury or project finance, ideally in power, renewables or infrastructure.
