Senior Manager - Total Rewards Job Location: Delhi NCR (Noida / Gurgaon), India

Job Responsibilities

Design & Strategy

- Lead design and continuous evolution of compensation structures, incentive plans, benefits, and recognition programs.
- Align total rewards with evolving business goals, talent priorities, and market realities.
- Stay ahead of trends across pay equity, wellness, flexible perks, and global practices.

Analytics & Insights

- Drive compensation analytics, modelling,



and benchmarking using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Run pay equity studies, predictive modelling, and ROI assessments.
- Deliver actionable insights and dashboards.

Operations & Governance

- Manage annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, and job evaluations.
- Ensure legal and compliance alignment across geographies.
- Partner with HRBPs, Finance, and HRIS teams.

Stakeholder Partnership

- Advise HR and business leaders on rewards strategy.
- Build data-driven narratives and insights.
- Lead education and change management initiatives.

Job Requirements

- 10-12+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or People Analytics.
- Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- CCP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Demonstrated success in applying analytics to total rewards design and decision-making.
