Job Title: Rice Mill Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Rice Mill Manager to oversee the overall operations of the rice mill, including paddy procurement, milling, production planning, quality control, inventory management, packaging, and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the rice mill, from paddy intake to finished rice production.
- Maintain quality standards for paddy, finished rice, and by-products.
- Monitor moisture levels, grain quality, impurities, broken grains, and other relevant quality parameters.
- Monitor paddy procurement, stock levels, and raw material availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement teams, and farmers where applicable.




- Ensure the proper functioning of all rice milling machinery and equipment.
- Oversee packaging, weighing, labeling, and loading of finished products.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and transport teams for timely dispatch.

Qualifications & Experience

- Relevant experience in rice mill operations or agro-processing is required.
- Candidates with hands-on experience managing an entire rice mill independently will be preferred.
