Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Preferred).

- Master's Degree / MBA in Project Management, Construction Management, or Operations Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in real estate project management, project coordination, or construction management.
- Experience in managing residential townships, high-rise developments, commercial projects, industrial parks,or mixed-use developments.
- Exposure to multi-project coordination and stakeholder management preferred.

Technical Skills

- Solid understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, ERP systems,



and project management software.
- Good understanding of contracts, BOQs, procurement processes, and project costing.
- Knowledge of RERA and local statutory approval processes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Achievement of project milestones as per approved schedule.
- Reduction in project delays and issue resolution turnaround time.
- Timely submission and accuracy of MIS and management reports.
- Budget adherence and project cost control.
- Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Contractor and consultant performance management.
- Closure of audit observations and compliance requirements.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and effective cross-functional coordination.
