Roles and Responsibilities :

Job Requirements :

- 9-17 years of experience in BPO/KPO industry with expertise in business transformation, operational excellence, or similar fields.

- Proven track record of delivering successful projects related to process re-engineering, digitization, or automation.

- Robust understanding of digital transformation trends and their application in various industries; ability to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively at all levels within an organization.
