Manager on Duty

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Manager on Duty to oversee daily hospital operations, coordinate with different departments, ensure smooth patient services, and maintain high standards of hospital administration. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations. Freshers are not eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily hospital operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all departments.

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other hospital teams.

- Monitor patient admissions, discharges, and overall patient flow.

- Handle patient and visitor complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

- Manage staff coordination, duty allocation, and shift handovers.

- Ensure hospital cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and service standards.

- Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other support departments.

- Handle operational issues and escalate emergencies to the appropriate departments.

- Maintain daily reports, incident records,



and operational documentation.

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hospital administration, hospital operations, or healthcare management is mandatory.

- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.

- Freshers will not be considered.

- Graduate degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage staff and coordinate multiple departments.

- Valuable organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital management systems preferred.

- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Employment Details

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.

- Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
