Role Description The Manager role at LetsCabs is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Manager will oversee daily operations, including monitoring service performance, coordinating with drivers and partners, and resolving operational issues promptly. This role involves managing a team, setting clear goals, tracking key metrics, and ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.

The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance rider and partner experiences, and implement initiatives that support growth.



The position also includes preparing reports, using data to inform decisions, and communicating updates and feedback to leadership.

Qualifications

- Solid people management and leadership abilities, including team supervision, performance tracking, and coaching.
- Operational management and organizational skills, with experience in coordinating daily activities and optimizing processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data, metrics, and reporting tools.
- Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on service quality, reliability, and safety.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field; experience in transportation or mobility services is an advantage.
