- Strong International marketing experience in pharmaceutical ( Formulations )preferably in CIS and LATAM markets.
- Proficiency in market research, prospect assessment, and competitive analysis for global territories.
- Demonstrated skill in client relationship management, partnership development, and commercial negotiations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (regulatory, supply chain, finance) to drive project execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory environments, product registration processes, and international trade practices.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed to support business development and partner engagement.
