- Stay current with emerging trends in People Analytics, AI, and workforce intelligence

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

- 8-12+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, HRIS, or Business Intelligence.

- Advanced expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, and data visualization.

- Experience with Workday reporting and workforce analytics platforms.

- Strong experience in predictive modeling, workforce planning, and executive reporting.

- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and data storytelling skills.

- Ability to influence business decisions through analytics and strategic insights
