Crystal Crop Protection Limited is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with strong expertise in Industrial Relations (IR), employee relations and plant HR operations to support its manufacturing locations in Gujarat.

The ideal candidate will act as a strategic HR partner to plant leadership while driving effective workforce management, maintaining harmonious industrial relations, ensuring statutory compliance, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Plant Heads and business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and workforce requirements.
- Lead Industrial Relations activities, including union management, grievance handling, disciplinary proceedings, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain harmonious employee relations and foster a positive, productive shop-floor environment.
- Drive manpower planning, workforce optimization, recruitment, and retention initiatives for on-roll and contractual employees.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, factory regulations, and contractor-related statutory requirements.
- Support wage settlements, negotiations, compensation planning,



and manpower cost optimization.
- Drive performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee plant HR operations, including attendance, payroll inputs, HR MIS, and HRIS accuracy.
- Partner with leadership to implement change management initiatives and strengthen organizational effectiveness across manufacturing locations.

2.Candidate Profile

- 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in Plant HR.
- Solid hands-on experience in Industrial Relations, union handling, grievance management and labor law compliance.
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with operational and shop-floor requirements.
- Experience in Chemical, Pharma, FMCG, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Exposure to managing HR across multiple manufacturing locations will be an added advantage.
