Responsibilities

- Working on equity raise for the Company, from equity strategy, deal origination, negotiation of terms, due diligence and closure

- Managing relationships with investors and end-to-end investor communication

- Scouting and closure of opportunities for mergers and acquisitions

- Investments portfolio management





- Strategic business planning

Requirements

- 2-6 years of relevant experience, candidates with experience in the renewable energy industry and experience in equity transactions are essential.

- Should have a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks governing Financial Instruments such as RBI NBFC Framework, and SEBI Regulations and ensure that all investment compliance regulations are met

- Full time MBA in Finance from a tier 1 institution.

- Good inter-personal skills

- Ability to work with cross-functional units.
