Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage order processing, including creating orders, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Oversee order management processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to orders and inventory management.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the ordering process.
Job Requirements :
- 10-12 years of experience in Oracle Order Management (OOM) or similar systems.
- Solid understanding of order processing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Oracle EBS.
- Candidates from BPO/KPO Industry & from Healthcare domain
