Role & responsibilities

- Manage standard costing, cost roll-ups, product costing, and cost sheet maintenance.

- Review and validate BOMs, routings, and costing master data.

- Perform cost variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations for cost optimization.

- Lead monthly inventory valuation, reconciliations, inventory provisioning, and inventory analytics.

- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.

- Execute and govern SAP CO, Product Costing (PC), and Material Ledger (ML) month-end closing activities.

- Ensure reconciliation between FI, CO, MM, and Material Ledger modules.

- Support statutory audits, internal audits, cost audits, and compliance requirements.

- Develop Inventory & cost reports & dashboards, and MIS for leadership reviews.

- Lead automation, standardization,



and process improvement initiatives across plants.

- Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to improve processes.
