- MBA (Finance) with 3-6 years in FP&A; or Manufacturing Finance, hands-on SAP and advanced Excel skills

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, working capital control, and financial governance for Knits unit

Key Responsibilities

- Business Partnering: Monitor factory profitability, analyze variances, and deliver monthly management dashboards.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead operational budgeting, rolling forecasts, and business planning for the Knits unit.

- Cost Optimization: Analyze line-level costs (fabric utilization, CM costs, wastage, operator efficiency) to drive savings.

- Working Capital: Control inventory turnaround and optimize working capital drivers.

- Financial Governance: Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, MIS standards, and month-end closures.

Requirements

- Education: MBA (FInance) with 3 - 6 years in FP&A;, Costing, or Manufacturing Finance

- Technical Skills: Mandatory hands-on SAP experience + Advanced MS Excel / Financial Modeling skills.

- Robust analytical acumen with a business partnering mindset.
