We’re Hiring | Senior Business Development Manager

Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional with a strong network in the Architecture & Interior Design (A&D;) industry? We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth, build strategic relationships, and strengthen our presence in the premium veneer and interior materials segment.

Key Responsibilities

- A&D; Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with leading architects, interior designers, and developers to drive product specifications across projects.
- Business Development & Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, and achieve annual revenue targets.
- Project Pipeline Management: Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and product sampling to order closure and site delivery.
- Product Presentations: Conduct engaging product presentations and specification sessions for architecture and design firms to showcase premium veneer collections.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor pricing, emerging materials, and recent product launches to identify growth opportunities.
- Networking & Brand Building: Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows,



and networking events to expand market reach and strengthen brand visibility.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the veneer, plywood, laminates, furniture, or premium interior materials industry.
- Strong relationships and networking capabilities within the architect, interior designer, and developer community.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A target-driven mindset with a proven track record of revenue growth and project conversions.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai market, with the ability to develop business across new territories.
