Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management Representative role based in Surat.

The Management

Representative will oversee day-to-day coordination between management and operational teams, ensuring that processes, quality standards, and customer commitments are consistently met.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production, sales, and service functions. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, addressing inquiries,



and supporting the resolution of service or product-related issues.

The Management

Representative will also assist in training staff on company policies and procedures, support compliance with relevant standards, and collaborate with the sales team to align operational capabilities with business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess communication skills to manage employee relationships, handle query of employees, and support issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and management.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to support onboarding, process adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to collaborate with sales teams, understand customer requirements, and support business growth.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, electrical products, or industrial supply chains is beneficial.
- A master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in standard office and reporting tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a detail-oriented, quality-focused approach.
