As management cordination Executive you will be required to work in direct coordination with MD's Office and report to the Managing Director. The Executive will be responsible for monitoring assigned activities, following up with concerned teams, providing timely status updates, communicating management instructions, and escalating operational matters directly to the MD/MD’s Office as required.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the FMS and checklists daily and follow up on pending/delayed tasks as per the SOP.

Work directly with the MD’s Office and Managing Director on assigned follow-up, coordination, and monitoring activities.

Coordinate with Various teams.

Follow up on pending tasks.

Maintain daily status reports using Google Sheets.

Communicate management instructions and ensure timely follow-up.

Identify and escalate delays, errors and operational issues.

Prepare daily/weekly updates and maintain process records.

Handle other coordination tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills

Good coordination, follow-up and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.





Ability to follow SOPs and defined processes consistently.

Valuable organizational and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.

Relevant coordination/operations experience is an advantage.

Fresher or up to 6 months' experience.

Candidates within approximately 30 minutes' travel time from the office preferred.

Immediate joiners preferred.

No prior manufacturing/trading experience required.
