Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain ManageEngine tools (ServiceDesk Plus, OpManager, Applications Manager, etc.)
- Configure modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management
- Monitor infrastructure alerts and ensure timely resolution
- Manage user access, roles, workflows, and automation rules
- Perform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of ManageEngine applications
- Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics for IT operations
- Ensure integration with other tools (AD, email, monitoring systems)
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with OEM support when required
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base





2–6 years of experience in ManageEngine / ITSM / Monitoring tools Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with ManageEngine tools.

Solid understanding of server, networking, storage, and infrastructure monitoring.

Knowledge of monitoring tools and concepts.

Troubleshooting and incident management experience.

Understanding of ITIL processes.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Knowledge of Linux and Windows environments is preferred.

Pay: ₹62,000.00 - ₹63,000.00 per month
