Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls professionally in Malayalam.
- Promote products or services and explain their features to customers.
- Generate sales leads and follow up with potential customers.

- Maintain professional call etiquette and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria




- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales is mandatory.
- Fluency in Malayalam is required.
- Positive English communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Freshers without sales experience are not eligible.
