Role Description The Maintenance Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajpipla, responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations within the plant or project site. The role includes planning and assigning maintenance tasks, supervising maintenance teams, and ensuring equipment and facilities are maintained to safety and performance standards.

The Maintenance

Foreman will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, monitor maintenance schedules,



and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns. This position also involves collaborating with project and operations teams, maintaining maintenance records, supporting compliance with safety regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement of plant reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess solid Maintenance and Plant Maintenance skills to manage routine and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
- Practical experience in industrial or infrastructure project environments, preferably in plant or utilities maintenance.
- Knowledge of safety standards, maintenance best practices, and basic troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical systems.
- Ability to interpret maintenance reports, work orders, and equipment manuals, with good documentation skills.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in maintenance supervision.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and readiness to work on-site in a project-driven workplace.
