Skills and Qualifications:

1. Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, including upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
- Expertise in mechanical System, Fire Heater Heat, Exchanger, ethonol, Analyser, Commonly found in oil and gas facilities.

- Leadership Skills:

- Robust leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

- Safety Management:

- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the oil and gas industry.
- Ability to enforce safety standards and lead safety audits.

- Project Management:

- Familiarity with project management processes and tools, including the ability to manage projects within budget and on schedule.

- Communication Skills:

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with a variety of stakeholders, including engineers, contractors,



and senior management.

- Experience:

- Typically requires a minimum of 20+ years of experience in maintenance or operations roles within the oil and gas sector, with at least 15 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

- Education:

- A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) is typically required.
- Professional certifications in maintenance management or safety (e.g., CMRP, PMP, NEBOSH) can be beneficial.
