Job Title: Maintenance Executive - Surface Treatment

The Maintenance Executive in Surface Treatment is responsible for overseeing and executing maintenance activities on surface treatment equipment and processes. This role includes the regular inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and systems used in surface treatment operations to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. The executive will also be involved in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules and practices, along with maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on surface treatment equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacements.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, coordinating repairs with internal teams or external contractors as necessary.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance procedures, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal impact on operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in surface treatment processes and equipment.
