Job PurposeTo ensure reliable and productive operation of production machinery and plant utilities through effective preventive maintenance, timely breakdown resolution, spare-parts planning, and hands-on supervision of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities1. Production Machinery Maintenance· Maintain production machinery and associated mechanical systems to ensure reliable operation and minimum downtime.

· Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely corrective actions.

· Ensure equipment performance, operational reliability, and maintenance quality.

- Preventive and Predictive Maintenance· Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.

· Identify recurring equipment problems and implement corrective and preventive measures.

· Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and downtime reports.

- Breakdown Troubleshooting· Attend equipment breakdowns promptly and identify root causes.

· Apply practical troubleshooting techniques to minimize production interruptions.

· Coordinate with Production and other departments for safe and timely equipment restoration.

- Plant Utilities· Support maintenance and upkeep of plant utilities, including relevant mechanical utility systems.

· Monitor equipment condition and coordinate servicing and repairs to ensure reliable utility operations.
- Spare-Parts Planning· Identify critical spare parts and maintain appropriate inventory levels.

· Coordinate with Stores and Purchase for timely procurement of spares.





· Optimize maintenance costs without compromising equipment reliability.

- Technician Supervision and Safety· Supervise maintenance technicians and allocate work according to priorities.

· Ensure adherence to safety procedures and good engineering practices.

· Maintain proper documentation and housekeeping in the maintenance area.

Desired Candidate Profile· B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.

· 5–10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing maintenance.

· Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred; candidates from other process or manufacturing industries with relevant mechanical maintenance experience may also be considered.

· Strong practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Good understanding of preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, and maintenance planning.

· Experience in spare-parts management and supervision of technicians.

· Willingness to be based at the company’s plant in Alwar, Rajasthan.

· Candidates who are actively involved on the shop floor and can independently handle maintenance issues will be preferred.

Compensation and JoiningCTC: ₹7–8 lakh per annum, depending on experience and suitability. Higher compensation may be considered for an exceptionally competent candidate.

Preferred joining period: Within 30 days.
