Designation: Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Staff

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs of electrical fittings, plumbing, doors, furniture, and other facility equipment.
- Identify and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure regular inspection of rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and facility infrastructure.
- Attend to maintenance complaints raised by residents and staff.
- Coordinate with external technicians and service providers when required.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure a clean, protected, and well-maintained environment.





Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance work is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.
- Ability to identify and resolve routine maintenance issues.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Experience in hospitals, senior care facilities, or hotels will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru
