Purpose/Objective

Work as Machine operator on a high tech 4 Axis Turning Machine (Make DMG-Mori)/Turn Mill- TORNOS, Milling Centre-HAAS/GROB/TORNOS,

Key Responsibilities of Role

1 Responsible for setting up the CNC turning machine/VMC/HMC machines/Sliding Head, SPM Machines work holding devices, and tooling; loading the machine operating programs; conducting trial runs and correcting faults to ensure the machined components meet the required specifications and quality standards.

2 Machine operations as per Cycle Time/Production Norms by ensuring Quality.

3 Mentor and assist other coworker in the execution of their work responsibilities 4 Able to analyze of any Gap/shortcomings in Production Process and Quality of Product.

Part of troubleshooting team.





5 Understanding specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading Product drawings.

6 Perform machine adjustments and tool changes as needed.

7 Active participation in 5S & KAIZEN activities on the shop floor.

8 Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work workplace.

Qualifications and Experience

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma In Mechanical Relevant EXPERIENCE: Must: 3-4 year experience of CNC Turning operation Machining Knowledge- CNC programming.

Understands dimensional tolerancing the ability to assess product drawings for manufacturability.
