Job Responsibilities

- Inspect CNC machined components as per engineering drawings.

- Perform First Piece, In-Process and Final Inspection.

- Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge and CMM.

- Read engineering drawings and understand GD&T; symbols.

- Monitor machining quality on CNC Turning, VMC and HMC machines.

- Prepare dimensional inspection reports and maintain quality records.

- Identify rejection, rework and process deviations.

- Coordinate with Production to resolve quality issues.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

- Maintain inspection check sheets and follow quality procedures.

- Ensure measuring instruments are calibrated and used correctly.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.;

- Knowledge of CNC machining processes.

- Experience with precision measuring instruments.

- Basic knowledge of 7 QC Tools and Root Cause Analysis.

- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 is preferred.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
