Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced LOS (Loan Origination System) Development & Integration Developer with 5+ years of experience in the banking or financial services domain. The candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, LOS application development, and integration with banking systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, customize, and maintain Loan Origination System (LOS) applications.

· Develop frontend interfaces and backend services for LOS platforms.

· Integrate LOS with core banking systems, credit bureaus, KYC services, payment gateways, and third-party applications.

· Develop and maintain REST APIs and web services.

· Implement loan application processing, credit assessment, approval workflows, and loan disbursement functionalities.

· Work with SQL databases and optimize application performance.

· Troubleshoot technical issues, debug applications, and resolve integration errors.

· Coordinate with banking teams, business analysts, QA teams, and developers.

· Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with banking requirements.

· Support testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting.

Required Skills





· Minimum 5 years of software development experience, preferably in banking or financial services.

· Hands-on experience in LOS development, customization, or integration.

· Frontend development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular.

· Backend development skills in Java, Spring Boot, .NET, or Node.js.

· Experience with REST APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.

· Knowledge of SQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.

· Understanding of loan origination, loan processing, credit assessment, and KYC workflows.

· Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Project Requirements

· Project Duration: 12 months.

· Work Mode: Mandatory onsite at the client/project location.

· Engagement: 12-month contract assignment.

· Candidates must be willing to work onsite for the duration of the project.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience integrating LOS with Core Banking Systems (CBS), credit bureaus, and financial platforms.

· Knowledge of digital lending, retail lending, or corporate lending.

· Familiarity with secure financial data handling and authentication mechanisms.
