1. Installation &
- Deployment

– Install and configure 231 Mac Studio units.

- macOS Configuration

– OS setup, updates and system configuration.

- MDM/UEM Enrollment

– Enroll and configure devices as per client policy.

- Application Setup

– Install and configure required business applications.

- Network &

- Security

– Configure connectivity and security policies.

- Asset Management

– Maintain serial number, asset tag and user mapping.

- Data Migration

– Support Windows-to-Mac data migration, if applicable.

- User Handover &

- Training

– Provide basic Mac orientation and user handover.

- Troubleshooting

– Resolve hardware/software deployment issues within SLA.

- Documentation &

- Reporting

– Maintain the deployment tracker and provide daily status updates.

- Quality Check

– Ensure 100% deployment accuracy and proper handover.

- Post-Deployment Support

– Provide agreed onsite/remote support.
