- Connecting to sales team for entire east and west for any logistics related issues
- Make a issue list for the given region
- Followup with entire logistics team for timely resolution of the issues
- Maintain a data sheet for all issue log and resolution
- Connecting with customers for any logistics related issues of the region
- Helping Sanjeet to managing a customer relationship within the region as well as in routine work
