Translog International Services Pvt. Ltd. is a growing logistics company providing freight forwarding, transportation, project logistics, warehousing, and supply chain solutions across India and the GCC.

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. The role primarily involves coordinating day-to-day logistics activities, handling shipment documentation, preparing waybills, and managing invoicing.

Accuracy, attention to detail, and effective coordination are essential for this position. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, transportation arrangements, loading, delivery, and follow-ups.
- Prepare waybills, shipment documents, delivery records, and other operational paperwork with a high level of accuracy.
- Handle customer and vendor invoicing, verify supporting documents, and ensure invoices are prepared and processed correctly.
- Organize, verify, and maintain shipment documents, including delivery notes, Proof of Delivery (POD), transport documents, and other relevant records.
- Coordinate with transport vendors, customers, and internal teams to obtain shipment details, confirm schedules, and resolve operational queries.
- Follow up with vendors and clients regarding shipment status, document collection, delivery confirmation, and pending operational requirements.
- Ensure all shipment details, rates, quantities, and documentation are properly checked before processing.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, update tracking systems, and prepare operational reports as required.
- Identify and highlight discrepancies, missing information,



or documentation errors and ensure they are corrected promptly.
- Support the operations team in ensuring timely execution of shipments and completion of documentation and invoicing requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics operations, freight forwarding, transportation, or a similar role.
- Good communication skills in English; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with vendors and clients when required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- A proactive and energetic approach to work, with a willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in preparing waybills, handling transport documentation, and processing invoices.
- Familiarity with freight forwarding, shipment tracking, and logistics coordination.
- Experience communicating with transport vendors, customers, and service providers.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and GCC logistics operations is an advantage.
