Job Summary:

SkyOcean is looking for a customer-focused Logistics Executive with at least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding customer service across air, sea, and land transportation. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing shipment updates, and ensuring smooth coordination and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries related to air, sea, and land freight shipments.

- Provide timely shipment updates, booking confirmations, and delivery status.

- Coordinate with operations teams, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents to meet customer requirements.

- Proactively communicate shipment delays, schedule changes, and other operational updates.

- Resolve customer queries and complaints through effective follow-up and coordination.





- Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and timely responses.

- Follow up with customers for required shipping documents and shipment-related information.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding customer service.

- Basic knowledge of air, sea, and land freight operations and shipment procedures.

- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
